Pretty straightforward. You need to be a graduate, that’s the bare minimum and clear two rounds of our internal assessment. Round 1 is an assessment test where we test your English language, mathematics and basic business knowledge. Round 2 is the interview round, which generally goes on for up to an hour or maybe more. This is where we try to understand you as a person and understand how likely are you to be resilient with your goals and be flexible at the same time to achieve those goals.

I think that’s it. Not a very complicated process. Crack 2 rounds and you are eligible.

If you want to become a successful entrepreneur, you need support from successful entrepreneurs, investors, industry leaders, to be able to understand the very fine details and technicals of building and running a startup. Yes we do help in raising funds. We start by helping students master their pitchdecks and the art of pitching and then give them direct access to our extensive network of angel investors and VCs by allowing them to present their pitchdecks to some of India’s top investors.

With all due respect, unlike other traditional business schools, we won’t be having individuals who have never been exposed to the business world as our faculties.

We’ll be having industry leaders like Arjun Vaidya, Mohit Gulati, Dr. Pillai, Mangesh Shinde, Honish Zaveri, Vidushi Vijayvergia and many such entrepreneurs and leaders who are stalwarts themselves. They’ll be the ones who will actually be coming to the campus, leading their respective courses and helping students dive through the world of entrepreneurship.

We actually teach the students on how to hire. So in turn, those who want to get hired already know what it is that a recruiter is looking for.

However, we do help in cracking top jobs as well. We start by teaching personal branding, which will make them more visible and identifiable to the recruiters, followed by mock interviews, making sure they crack top internships in the course duration. So throughout the year they’ll be well groomed to assure they can land top positions too.
